Dan, Chuck, Scott & Beverly

We counted the proxies today and its 100% unamanous on all seven proposals.

Not even one no vote on any of the proxies, thus the new managing partners are elected and are in a position to demand Mark Anton to cooperate in the transition of each partnership.

The next step is for each of the vendors elected to send to Chuck Giannino for AAA Gaming and Scott Erickson for Five Stars their proposal and/or fee schedule for the managing partners approval.

I'll post to you the actual numbers on Saturday. Its great to see the unit holders exercising their rights and moving in the correct direction in putting the partnerships back in order.

We recommend that Chuck and Scott hold a managing partners committee proxy for each partnership to get an active advisory board that will assist them in making decisons.

Beverly Rayfield was very smart in surrounding herself with active unit holders and getting their counsel.

We will be sending out a copy to all AAA and Five Star partners her recent correspondance with the Parlay and Gamblecom partners and I think you will see the magnitude of the problems she is facing on a day to day basis., expecially in dealing with Mark Anton and all his delaying tactics.

The Parlay and Gamblecom sites are running successfully out of Costa Rica. The sites can be visited at www.parlaybet.com or
www.gamblecomonline.com. Take a look at how great they look and run. German and Freitag have done a fantastic job and have been a terriffic asset to Beverly Rayfield and her progress for her partners. She will gladly assist Chuck and Scott so they don't plow old ground in moving forward.

Beverly is moving to the next stage with Anton. The chips are now down for him to keep his word and begin the transfer of the advertising monies.

We are also starting our fund raising for Parlay and Gamblecom. It is premature for Chuck and Scott to be involved with that issue now, they need to concentrate on getting control over their respective URL's and to shut down the clone sites as soon as possible.

Breakdown the $477,000 in brokerage and Consultant Fees for RealMoney.  In the memorandum it set aside $99,000 for such fees.  I don't see where you  were authorized to spend our money raised for such out of line fees.  If you  were having a hard time selling these units, it shouldn't have been our money  used for these commissions.  I want a detailed breakdown of who received this money and how much they received.  Eventually the partnership may need to see cancelled checks for these expenses, for now, I'd like to see the names and amounts they received.

I think Sharon is right. I have already returned my proxy and I believe we should call for an immediate vote to remove Anton immediately.

In retrospect, I realize my gut feelings were correct when I questioned the validity of any offer having a minimum investment limit to be so easily compromised.  I only invested $5000 instead of the minimum investment of $10,000. 

I assume you are in receipt the most recent informant in this drama, the Ghost of the Atlantic.  As a suggestion, I would be willing to put up 5% of my initial investment for legal fees, etc.  For instance if it was decided to ask the partners for 5% of their initial investment to fund legal actions, my part would be $250 dollars and someone who invested $300,000 would be asked to put up $15,000.  In any case I agree that time is of the essence.  Another thought is to turn this over the Attorney General's office at either the state or federal level.

First off, I am not recommending physical violence of any type. As you may be aware, "cutting
you off at the knees" is an expression that indicates we should do something before you take
off, specifically with our money!!!. Up until now, you have not shown that you can be trusted with it.

As for your indicating that information is coming from disgruntled employees, I could care less.
When I get information from partners (people like me who have money at stake) I do take them seriously.

Up until this point I have been watching the back and forth between you and the other partners
and I have to tell you that I until I see the operation turning a profit ( any would be fine) your
statements hold very little water with me.

Since you have a fiduciary responsibility to the partners of this investment, and since the
operation has performed FAR short of your proclamations, I think Sharon's advice would be
sound. Why don't YOU set up a meeting in a central location that is accessible to most of the partners and make a presentation as to why we should continue down this path. Just because your phone numbers are published, does not make you accessible!

Just for the record, it is your responsibility to make records available to us, not the other way around. The partners should not have to expend additional time and money to get information they are already entitled to!!!

The only thing I am interested in is generating money from this investment. Since you and
Atlantic West are not capable of doing this (past experience speaks for itself)
maybe you should recommend an individual who is capable.

Finally, when we have a viable business venture that makes money instead of lining the pockets
of the management, I think the grumbling will cease. If you are capable of doing this, lets see it.
If not, step aside.

You have already proven that you are not interested in meeting the terms of your agreement, I
will remain in the same camp as Chuck Giannino, Dan Verkerke, Debby Telakowicz and quite a few others, I do not think you are doing the job you are being paid for.

Enough said.

and what they are proposing to you. Ceasarsonlinegaming.com is not a partnership that was originally affiliated

with Atlantic West Gaming Entertainment. This group came to us after they had already developed their own

web page, and asked us to build an internet casino and sportsbook for them. They signed an agreement with us

for a period of one year, and during that year, we provided gaming web site services to them, and also helped

them to understand the Virtual Gaming Industry. For reasons that I don’t understand, reasons that may be simple ignorance of how web sites and the internet function, Mr. German genuinely believes that Atlantic West and Starnet/Worldgaming were "Cloning" their site and diverting clients (players) to other sites. In actuality, we were attempting to cover all bets as it were. Here’s one example. It’s easy to misspell a website address as all of us internet users have at one time or another. It is especially easy in the case of Ceasars since they deliberately misspelled the name in the first place. Internet Consultants advise that you do this and experienced website operators often acquire web addresses for the commonly misspelled names, and than redirect the misspelled name to the main (correctly spelled) site.

Without going into a complete explanation of internet technology, we asked them to provide us with the proof

that they claimed to have regarding this. They never submitted such proof, but rather, decided to move their site

to a Costa Rican provider

It nice to see other partners getting involved. This is a good beginning, but we are really going to have to get together and make something happen here.
