Hello fellow Partners. This site has been down
for quite some time. I'm posting it back up in hopes that someone may use this
information
to try and find some accountability for the loss of all our hard earned money.
It would be great to hear if anyone has had any luck or advice.
Below you can follow the history of mis management and what seems to be a rip off from the beginning.
FOR PARTNERS BY PARTNERS
This site was created as an information source for Partners of Atlantic West Gaming Entertainment Ltd. Our main concern is information pertaining to Five Star Casino d/b/a Realmoneycasino. But it seems there are many more of us in the same boat. So all AWG partners are welcome to participate in our site.
If you are one of the Partners in this venture we would love to hear from you. We would also be interested in hearing from other people with interest or other involvement related to Atlantic West Gaming, and Five Star Casino's. Looking forward to hearing from you mail to: Partners Seeking Info.

I have also added partners opinions to the bottom of this letter.
Always open to post other opinions.
Because of the length of the July 21 letter with some partners opinions I'm adding another page. It is now July 31 and there are such an assortment of letters I'm having a hard time keeping up. Please don't feel that I'm ignoring you when you write. When I have the time I will contact you via this web site. If you need to speak to me in person call (519) 622-2748 and ask for Daniel Sr. After a holiday it's hard to get my head back into this.

NEW update for August This month has been very busy, we have far to many additions to add here. Some of this can drive a person crazy. If your in a decent frame of mind "CLICK HERE" for the update of our 3 ring circus

We would really like to hear your input on the second page regarding "Consolidation into a Single International Business Corp." To read The Special Report "CLICK HERE"
If you have any questions, ideas or answers regarding consolidation Please submit them here "Partners Consolidation" We really want to hear from everyone. We would also like to conduct our own vote which will be published at this site. Please submit your vote to: Partners Vote and we will create a list including names with a YES for Consolidation or a NO to keep things under the Partnership. Once we have enough responses we will provide a new link to share the information
The below questions were given a number of times to Mr. Anton with no reply.
1) How many shares are there or will there be if all the partners vote to consolidate?
2) Of those shares how many were created by way of consideration. For example "Memorandum pg. B-6 4.2 AWG received 49 units from the partnership as consideration for services." This is usually done in lew of financial payment.
3) In offering shares to the public. How will this be done and through what exchange?
4) The 10'000 shares that Atlantic West will issue. What are these shares based upon? Are the 10'000 shares to include consideration of a value of $7500 per existing units?
5)Lets say all the partners joined in with their units, how many extra units will be open for sale to the public or existing partners?
6) I have had some dealings in the past with a holding period for shares. Will there be any stipulations regarding the selling of shares?
When I invested I felt more secure with a Limited Liability Partnership in the States. The exit strategy of turning the casino over to a land based operation would be fantastic. Under the current memorandum the partners do have some rights. Unfortunately they don't seem to be fulfilled at this time. I would be interested in seeing the proposal in a legal contract before making the decision to consolidate into a single International Corporation.
I would expect the partners to be present at this vote. Unlike the last mail in vote which was a joke.
I do have some connections to the Government of Antigua as I know of some people who went there to form Banks. Antigua is still under British rule and they are trying hard to establish a greater credibility as a Country. I have a good idea what they would do to avoid negative publicity.
The managing partner is responsible for a detailed account of the finances and progress. If I'm not soon satisfied I will be conducting a very serious investigation which will begin in Antigua
There is still a good chance that all this can work. All we need is for the people responsible to do their job.

Hello Mr. Anton:
I'm one of the partners in "Five Star Casino d/b/a Realmoneycasino". I'm contacting you in regards to a few matters. 1) I have not been notified of our next quarterly meeting. 2) Since the basic units were sold November 2000, what date did the first quarter begin? 3) Do you have a financial statement available for the first quarter?
Still waiting for the answers. If anyone knows any of these answers I will post them here. Thank you
After careful consideration my vote is not to go through with the consolidation.
When I made my initial investment in this LLC, I was assured that we would be provided
extensive management and support, as well as a very rosy upside. Thus far, the management
of this venture and our funds has been pathetic.
Instead of immediately firing incompetent vendors, Mark and his company have held on (for
reasons only he is aware of) to these people who have cost us severe amounts of money and
more importantly time. With the entry of hundreds of new gaming sites every month to the
internet, our shabby product and worse margins are doomed to fail at the current rate.
This consolidation would only serve to deplete our funds further and decentralize
management.
If you are interested in my additional comments on the matter, I believe we should either
fire the current management or liquidate the partnership before its too late and there are
no funds left.

Thank you very much. I look forward to receiving your letters as well as hearing more
from you in the future.
I believe each Casino has 5 people in their Managing Partners Committee. The share
holders should have been divided into groups of 5 with each committee members
responsible for one group.
This way no one would have too much responsibility and everyone may be a bit
more clued in. I find it very hard to organize this right now. If I had a break
down of each investors affiliated casino, I could divide the amount of investors
with the committee members, then assign one group to each committee member. Each
Committee member would be responsible to make contact with all the members in their
assigned group.
I believe we could really get some where utilizing this chain
of communications. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

We all must get active in this endeavor to see our investment work. Something must be done apart from moving things around to provide a distraction. I don't have nothing against consolidation, but I do not believe this has anything to do with the effectiveness or operation of the Casino's.
According to Antigua gaming licenses all of our casino's are already run under one business name "AWG" It would seem AWG has had us consolidated all along.
Please, I encourage all of you to get involved with our web site.
We must get active before it's too late. I look forward to hearing from all Partners.

Information of Interest
As of January 2001, the fee for applying for an online gaming licence in Antigua will now be US$3500.00 Per Person. This is a significant jump from the previous cost of US$525.00, says the Director Nelson Simon, but necessary to reflect the true cost of Due Diligence as well as the costs associated with the handling of the application.
In the past the Fee that was charged was insufficient, as Due Diligence was often of the order of the new fees, however, the difference was absorbed. This new change just brings the actual fee for Due Diligence in line with the actual cost.
